We provide a wide range of services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Customized Software, Graphics Designing, Social Media Management, Brand Growth, and AI Automation. We are looking for a skilled Social Media & Client Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will help manage our social media presence, drive brand growth, and acquire new clients for all our service offerings.

Job Responsibilities

1. Managing Social Media:

- Oversee and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Create a consistent brand voice and manage daily interactions with followers.
- Analyze social media trends and performance, optimizing posts to increase engagement and highlight our services.

2. Content Creation:

- Create 2–3 daily posts for social media to engage our target audience and promote services such as web development, mobile app development, and more.
- Develop creative content (graphics, videos, and text) in line with Techezm’s branding and service offerings.

3. Client Hunting:

- Identify and acquire new clients through online channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
- Build relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and project execution for services like AI automation, brand growth, and others.

Core Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition:
- Research and generate leads to expand the client base for all our services.
- Manage and track client inquiries from initial contact to closure.
- Meet client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of IT and software applications.
- Proficiency in graphics designing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Off

Salary and Benefits

- Starting Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
- Bonus: 2% of each project closed by the candidate
